Tier-1 from Outside UK

Hi,
The UKBA says the Tier-1 from outside UK has indefinitely closed - is that means tier- from out of UK is closed for ever??!!

Previous earnings - Allowance

I am planning to apply for tier-1 from India - I am in US at the moment for an assignment and I am eligible for some allowances which will get printed in my payslip as well. Just wanted to know when I calcualte my previous earnings, I'll be able to use these allowances ?

Thanks for your reply. Currently I'm in UK since Jan'06 on WP and actually picked up TB here only. My visa expires in Aug'08. I have met my GP and he suspects it to be TB but couldn't confirm it. Just waiting for X-ray results and other test results.

Can you please let us know how to calculate the earnings for the past 12 months ie do we need to consider the net pay after tax or do we need to sum up the gross pay(without deductions).

Hi,
I would like inquire about the age proof document for applying HSMP. I dont have a birth certificate or a driving liecense. Can we use the notarised copy of the passport (ie page displaying the personal details with DOB) as the proof? please clarify.
