I entered on my Spanish ID my lawyer will charge everytime I call her,and she wants more paperwork so she can apply for an RC as my wife as claimed her treaty rights

I am applying from the UK as my wife is English and claimed treaty rights thus I have a Spanish ID, just putting the rest of the paperwork together and sending them to the lawyer. My wife is in full time emplyment

Hi Everyone

I entered Ireland on a resident card issued by Spain, I was given 90 day stamp I dont know why as I am a spouse of an Eu citizen, My question is I need to renew my passport and can only get this done in France, Can I re-enter Ireland if I have less than 3 months left on my passport :(

The question is why should I apply in the first place when the law that keeps me here is EU law, and according to EU law we should be able to travel without hinderance, has anyone travelled to ireland without the so called visa with just their ID
