Hi,

Recently my wife and my daughter got ILR. I am on Tier 1 (General) Visa. My extention is due next year. In the mean time can my wife claim a child benefit?. Does that affect my extension application in anyway?

spoke to BHC Chennai and they said they are onto 31/12/2008 application. Anybody who applied before this date got their passports back?

i have seen in one of the here saying that if you are in UK as a dependanat, you have to go back to india to apply for Tier 1 General. can anyone provide me where this guideline provided od from where this information they have got please?.
