I did see that.
I meet both the criteria, as I will be working in the same techincal area and technically I am working for my sponsor as I am still being paid by them.
Is there a location constraint that I have to work in my employers premises?

Hi,
Sorry if I am repeating this question, I could not find this topic.
I am in Tier 2 (General) sponsored by company-A, can I do contracting with company-B.
Company-B will pay Company-A and I will be paid salary by the company-A.
Please advice.

Name Spelling

Hi,
In my degree certificate the name is ending with "I" while in my passport the name is ending with "Y" which is correct. I have applied for a change in the certificate but it is taking time.
Will it be a rejection if I apply with the same certificate?
