my WP was valid for 2 years (issued on Jan 2006 valid for 24 months Jan 2008) so i entered into UK on old WP only. the employer 1 did not cancel the WP.

about my child ILR issue... by the time i will apply he will be 13 months.. so is there any rule that says we can include child in ILR with in 12 months only?

maintenace funds

make sure that your bank statements shows required funds for each day for last 3 months, if your funds is less than required for any day in last 3months they will reject the visa... so please ensure you have sufficient funds.. my HSMP is rejected because i haven't maintantined funds for one day in ...

guys.. who ever going to apply for HSMP tier 1 (general) as per guidelines they say that you need to have 800 pounds available balance for last 3 months and if you are applying dependent then you need to have 533 for each dependent for last 3 months.. this is very confusing and got my HSMP rejected ...
