i couriered it before the leave expires but i did NOT post it before the leave expires i couriered it 08 may the visa expires 09 may but rules say that if couriered - application date is the date the home office rcvs the package - which is 12 may.... which is 3 days after the visa expires so it gets ...

Hi all, I have a valid tier 1 extension (general migrant) that expired 09 May 2014. Can I STILL put in a valid application with the home office for an extension AS LONG AS it is within 28 days of the date of expiry (09 May)? Is that true? once you have your tier 1 visa
what are the travel limitations for time you can be outside of the UK?

i heard you can only be outside of the UK for 90 days, if longer that will effect the tier 1.

is this true?

does anyone know how longyou can be outside the uk with a valid tier 1?
