Completed application form
Life in the uk pass cert
pay slips
bank statements
evedence of cohabitation x 56 ( although you only need 6)
Letter from parents to say we both live with them.

SET M

Application for Idefinite leave to remain in the uk as the partner of a person present and settled in the uk.

You use form set(M)

My wife was on a spouse visa before.

How long has he/she lived in the UK?

I am British and 34 years old,do I write 34 years?
Its just from 2002-2007 I was working in asia.

I would send up to date statements, you can get up to date ones from your bank just ask them. Some banks wont give you statements like the one's you recieve in post over the counter. They will normally print them out out headed paper just showing you last few statements and balance . Those are ...

Hi I am putting my wifes application together for her appointment soon at Croydon PEO.
I know now we only need to suppply 6 leters in total.
Is it ok to supply more?

My wife is on a spouse visa which runs out 7th July 09
She will be going for her ILR 28 days before 7th July.
She has just passed her Life in the UK test,
