I mean i would need a visa to travel to India while my OCI is in process, so during the process should a obtain a normal visit visa to india?

All, can some one please clarify my situation? I just received my British passport and the next step woulld be to obtain SC and apply for OCI. Can some one tell me if i have to travel to India while my OCI is in process, how can i do it? as i would have surendered my indian passport by then. Thanks

Now I have got my naturalisation certificate and i am going to appy for british passport which migh take around 3 weeks.

Meanwhile i will have to travel abroad, can i travel now with my native country passport till i get british passport?
