Hi Jay, I didn't have that many absences. They were less than 100 days in total over the 5 years. Hi Jay,

I didn't have that many absences.

Thanks MSingh966, Did noticed that earlier and was not worried much for that part though. As the new document is already there, I extracted page 7 and inserted into the earlier file and filled only this bit again. I'm filling the forms electronically, and that saves a lot of time writting manually ...
