Yes, a reference number was given to me. The guy said I would need to quote it on the day of appointment, and that I would likely to receive a mobile phone text message reminder nearer the time.

Thanks a lot for the information! I just tried to make an appointment in one of the PEOs for the application. But none of the PEOs are accepting bookings currently! The receptionist refused to estimate when the premium services will be resumed.
