Sushdmetha; Thanks very much for your response. Though I am not sure what the difference is between forms Set 'M' & 'FLR M' Apart from this you also have the Biometrics form 'FLR (BID)'. I plan to go for a spouses visa.

On a visit visa I have no entitlements or cannot acquire...i.e...mortgage...drive....bank account...etc

I also have a long term multi entry visa which is valid until 2014...this was prior to applying for my marriage visa.
