could someone pls advice me, what is the real meaning of the partner, in immigration? does that mean they have to live together? could the fiancee be called partner, but who doesnt living together or not sharing the same address?

Ok, so the letter date was 11th, I received it on 13th, but how would they exactly know when I received it? It could be either 12th or 14th right? So Its bit confusing way, they could have simply mention an exact date to receive by... clearly the way they mentioned was not helpful :-(

I only included the documents checklist needed for ILR 10 years. It was only my 2 passports(old, new), Life In the UK test certificate, My degree certificate and covering letter, some documents evidence to cover a gap in the past, which originally made by HO staff, which was not my fault.
