Has anyone made Payment by Visa Debit Card at PEO?

Has anyone used a Visa Debit Card as payment method at Cardiff PEO or any other PEO? if so, which PEO.

My friend informs me that the payment is made in the same way as in a supermarket (i.e. by inserting his credit card and entering the pin).
