In guidance UKBA does not ask for any business plan.

Hi

Can a student apply for visa as a dependent of Tier1 wife in UK?

Student came on old rules and is in UK. Wife is on Tier1 visa in UK. Can he apply in country in UK as dependent of his wife?


If possible please provide source of information.

this is not a question about UK immigration law. your post would be better off in the other countries section of the forum. Some embassies have a policy of not issuing a passport if you don't have leave to remain in the UK when you apply instead they may only issue you an emergency or one way trave...

Plz tell me if someone is on appeal in uk and his passport is expired while waiting for appeal decision,how can he renew it?
Pakistani embassy refused to renew on appeal documents.

Any idea?

When you are given appeal right, you go to First Tribunal,if they dont change the decision then go to Upper Tribunal ..
