tier 1 deendent ilr 9th july 2012

since my wife applied ec on 3 july 2012 and got visa on 19th july 2012 as tier 1 dependent will 2 years rule or 5 year will be applicable for her ilr . we will be going together for ilr. since we aplied before 9 7 12 i guess it will be 2 years am i right

but rules should be applicable when we apply isnt it.
for eg tier 1 application always rules when we aplly are applicable so similarly for ilr also it should be applicable.
also statement of intent published in july 2012 also states the date of application

dates wife first entry valid from aug 2011 to 1 7 2012 she left uk on 30 6 2012 applied outside uk on 4 7 2012. second entry clearance approved on 18 7 2012 arrived on 19 9 2012 and with me till date i am tier 1 and will be eligible for ilr on basis of 5 years on 1 7 2015 we both want to go for ilr ...

i just checked her passport. first entry clrearance expired on 1-7-2012. went to india on 30-6-2012and applied on 4th july got approval on 18th july 2012.
i am tier 1 general and will complete 5 years on 1-7-2015. i want to apply for ilr on 12 june 2015 along with my wife.

my wife had tier 1 dependent visa valid till 31 july 2012. she again applied for entry clearance outside uk on 4Th july 2012 and got approved on 13 july 2012. can she apply for ilr on 2 year rule. she is in the uk for last 2.5 years

You need to be in UK to seek permission to "remain" (Leave to remain aka extension). From outside UK, you can only seek permission to "enter" (visa). Hi Guys
Can I apply Tier1 dependant extension from India if I get my Tier 1 extension here.
If yes what minimum balance I need to maintain for them.
Is it 1800 per dependant or 600 per dependant.
