There seems to be a reasonable case for an appeal. A very high number of cases are decided incorrectly at the first stage, so I would suggest lodging an appeal.

Stamp checking

Hi BrandNew.

I think they do check the stamps in detail. That is the only thing which would have taken one officer over an hour to process.
