hi all
i recently got british citizenship,now can my wife apply for bc.she has ILR from last 3 years and she is in this country from last 3 years and 6 months.but the ukba says it should be 5 years in total.

hi i have ILR. i need to know is it required by law to get british citizenship if u have ILR or just a choice coz someone told me i you have ILR you must apply for citizenship otherwise u will have to leave the UK.Plz give me some link to support your reply as it will be useful for me thanks goodwill

i posted my application for transfer of my ILR to a new Passport on 06.06.2011 and received acknowledgement on 08.06.2011.

does any one know how it will take to get back my passport.

yes thats right. i confirmed it with home office and they said she dont need to complete her additional period. I can put her on the same ilr applicaiton form.
