Hello everyone, :) My husband got his ILR in March but I am still on his tier 1 (General) Dependent Visa. Thanks for pointing that out.

I saw online that they now have an interactive form and a pay and print service which I am thinking of using. Is it any good or should I go for the standard print the form, manually fill the details, and pay by card when u apply in person?

Ok. It means my wife is eligible in may 2011 for sure we don't have to wait for 2 years of dependent status.

If set-m is not the form for us then which one is it?

Thanks for your advice. I think I  Will apply for myself for now.

I am still confused about my wife's eligibility. Is it two years of marriage or two years of dependent visa?
