will he defo get the visa? he got a letter from the british embassy asking for his passport tb test and they also said when he would like to travel etc,..my solicitor said it would take 6-8 weeks lol

somebody told me it takes approx 8 weeks 3-4 months that is a very long time

my husbands spouse visa got rejected in july 10 with the right to appeal so i appealed and gave all the supporting documents and in december my husband got a letter from the british embasy asking for his passport they had overturned the original decision ...he submitted his passport on the 14/12/10 ...

tasawar my refusal reason was the house rent..that it did not show in my statement i am taking money out of my bank it only showed for 2 months and they had a doubt and also i needed more receipts to show i had been giving my rent..they got back to my husband after 4 months saying they are satisfied ...

how long do u think it will take?

sorry i also forgot to add they also said in this letter ke Plz confirm your intended date of Travel and length of stay and TB certificate , a copy of your sponsers passport........what does this mean? are they gna give the visa or not? so confusing!

ye he got the actual letter saying that they are satisfied with the papers and that he should submit his passport

i submitted my husbands documents for spouse visa in May 2010 and got a reply in August stating that hes visa had been refused so i gave in the supporting documents they needed and just today i got a call from him saying that they are asking for his passport so he can have his visa.... also they contacted my employer on the 1/07

i was just wondering the application form filled out for spouse visa is it just the same application form every year or is this application form updated if you know what i mean

its just that back in 2008 my bro applied and only submitted calling cards no emails no phone bills and it stil got accepted but i guess things have changed
