I've managed to get my P60s from my accountant as we speak. Does it matter if my NI contribution is 0 ?

All my other taxes are fully paid and up to date.

Do the email statements have the following:

the applicant’s name;
the account number;
the date of the statement;
the financial institution’s name and logo;

if yes, take a colored printout.
