I'm currently working on Tier2 General, but want to switch employer. New employer just completed RLMT but I'm paranoid about uCoS getting refused. Want to resign from current job once I get the new uCoS. So was wondering if anyone had problems getting uCoS.

Does anyone know how long it takes to 'get' the unrestricted CoS? I know it takes about 10-15 minute to apply for one but I would like to know how long do you wait till UKBA sends you the CoS number? Is it same day?

Hi, you have to make your application first. After that, if your application is valid, you will receive a letter from Home Office asking you to enrol your biometrics.
