I applied for Tier1 (In country) application: 28th January 2010. Ack Letter recived and payment deduction: 12th February 2010 I am still waiting since then as 32 weeks have passed. I phoned up several time to UKBA to check the progress but they do not tell anything, all the say is to keep waiting ...

What i dont understand is how can they keep someones passport for 6 months or more? nowadays especially for non UK people passport is the only mean of identity, not only you can not travel, you can not rent flat, get a new job ect because everyone want to see your original passport. It is so STUPID ...
