I face a problem with this issue when we sorted out my visa a month ago in Zimbabwe ,get a letter from your land lord to say

You pay rent
How much you pay
How long you have lived there
And the house is enough for you and your wife
And that you are still living there

Believe me you need this

I went to Zimbabwe with my wife and we made an application and they said no and made another application again and they sad no again but then we put in a appeal and we won it in 2 weeks ,and we got the visa

DONT GIVE UP ,JUST KEEP FIGHTING

My wife applied around the end of March 2010 and we received her Passports back stamped with her Indefinite Leave which was issued on September the 17th So that took about nearly 6 months to get ,which is what they now saying is the processing time these days SO HANG IN THERE IF YOU HAVEN'T GOT ...

I am an overstayer and my wife has indefinite leave to remain i am going home to make a spouse application with my wife.I have been reading posts about how other people did it and the place i am stuck at is how to write a statement which have advised me that i need to do,or do i need it at all
