I also found this on UKBA website http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/contact/applyinginperson/sameday/ it actually says FLR(M) can be application can be submitted by legel representative but do not say anything about biometric tests. any one have any Idea how UKBA does biometric for application via ...

Thank you for the reply guys, I spoke with one of the lawyers in Named OISC advisors and they advise me I will be able to switch to HSMP or work permit if i meet the requirments from Unmarried partners visa.
