I thought the earnings requirement was the same as for Tier 1 renewal - meet the minimum in 12 of the prior 15 months, which I can. I missed the part about showing a payslip that less than a month old. I'll check on that. Thanks for the pointer!
I'm here on a Tier 1 (general) visa and can apply for ILR in April 2016. I hate my job and will have earned enough to meet the earnings requirement by the end of 2015. I agree they could not finish processing my application until all my records were in, but they've stated that visas are issued in order of the date payment is made.
