Re: ILR - Extremely confused and need help!

Thank you for your response.

What about the home office letter and residence card not matching - the letter stated I have been given a 30 month leave under the 5 year route but the resident card states 24 month leave - Is this an error on the home office's part? Do I need to do anything about this?

The initial visa application was made prior to the July 2012 changes (the application was refused but then overturned on appeal). So I was on the 2 year route. Before then end of ...

I'd appreciate if you could provide any contact details.

Thanks!!

She can apply if she wants to, but whether the visa will be granted is questionable as her finances may not be enough to support her hubby and 3 kids.If she can get family to help out ,it may help her Hmmm that doesn't sound to convincing. Her mortgage is paid off, so her outgoings are fairly low ...

Child benefits - Please Help

Hi a relative is about to apply to bring her husband over from Pakistan.

She has 3 kids, her first husband died in 2009, she currently works and gets a salary of £9,500 and also gets child benefits as she has 3 young children all under 10. Will she have any problems applying?

visa321 Bro, what you got to remember is that you are trying to prove to them that you have sufficient space and a house to live in. To be fair anyone could write a letter and forge a signiture and that is likely to cast some doubt in their mind. All you need to do is get it signed and stamped by a ...

Hi Visa321 I think you should avoid adding the phone cards to your application, if you have other means of communication proof such as itemised bills stating your partner's number and any other means of communication i.e. sms, email etc. This is to avoid giving ECO a chance to question these cards ...
