Since you are holding an EU visa there should be no problems for you to travel to any EU state including UK. You are free to travel to UK.

Your wife doesn't need a visa but keep a proof of marriage in hand in-case she needs to prove it. EU nationals do not need give proof of address.

Spouses of UK nationals do not need a visa but just a proof of marriage will do. You are just exercising your rights of travel.

I don't see any problems to your joining your husband in Italy. He his exercising his rights of travel an work being a EU national and you should be allowed to join him as a non EU spouse of an EU national.
