You will still receive back, the same documents you sent & you will either have RC in your Passport or not. Weight has no significance. IF not successful they should have a included a letter explaining their reasons & the steps to take to appeal

On the COA it usually says 'we received your application on ...........' - in my opinion this is when the count starts!!

Looks like they have forgotten about the 1st 2wks of March!!!

Quite a few people that have applied start of March are still waiting on Applications to be processed

Dont know what method they use to sort out claims & our docs were requested back 16th June - still havent heard anything

It wont affect your application!! We requested our Passports back at the start of May & got them no problem - used the Fax number to request them!!

Depending on who your Caseworker is, they will request them back. Ours was requested back on 13th June

Phoned UKBA today & actually got speaking to someone who was willing to tell me if anything had been posted to us...............nothing yet :cry:

For some reason thinking when they requested our Passports back would mean a quick decision - i was wrong

That is the magic question - i know that a few weeks back it said on UKBA website that they were considering the Judgements. The new EEA2 form now asks the question 'is British Citizenship held'.

We applied 8th March & hope that McCarthy doesnt have a negative effect on our application.
