Do I need to book a new appointment?

I already booked my appointment online.

But when I made the booking, I only booked for 1 dependant. Now I want to enclose 2 dependants in my application.

Do I need to make another appointment or can I just amend my application form and documents to include two dependants?

Thanks

Do we need to enrol biometric info when apply for ILR?

Do we need to enrol our biometric info when we apply ILR?

If so, do we do so when we arrive for our appointment and get it done same day or do we need to get done before our appoinment?

Thanks!

I have recently verified with the Home Office regarding the ILR category for dependent. The only 2 things they have emphasized 1. Dependent should have stayed with the Primary applicant for 2 years. Its not mandatory that the 2 years should be constant. 2. Dependent should pass the Living in the UK ...

Hi first of all, congratulations!

I am in a very similar situation, due to apply next month!

Thanks!

Anoter point i noted is on the application form, we are asked to fill in which date the child is given ILR. Does this rule out the chances of applying for BC without getting ILR status?

I look forward to all advise...

I have found this: Section 1 (3) A child born in the UK whose parents are not British citizens and were not settled in the UK (see page 6) will have an entitlement to register when their parents become settled in the UK or become British citizens. But just wondering, why the word " entitlement" is ...

Though the choice is yours but there is no requirement for a UK-born-child to be included in the settlement application of the parent (that the child is a dependant of). For children born in the UK, immediately after a parent is granted settlement / PR , their child is entitled to register for ...

I got my Tier 1 visa on 17th May 2010. I will be eligible to apply for PR by Feb 2012, any one can confirm whether i will be required to claim 75 points or 80 points in order to be granted a PR please?

Thanks in advance for your kind advise and help.
