Does anyone know if HCI is strict on photo guidelines? I am planning to use the same photo I used for my British Passport. But it is 35 x 35mm . HCI requires 51 x 51mm with shoulders visible?! Has anyone been asked to resend their photos? What's ur advice? Isnt it very clear what the OCI photo ...
