Sorry, its not the VFS, the reply I received was from UK Visas and Immigration International Enquiry Service.

Is there a mail id which I can contact for IHS refunds or would it be better to call UKVI contact centre in the UK ?

I do understand that it was a mistake, but when I argued about it during the appointment at UKBA, Croydon office they turned me down saying that either they can give me 1 year extension or reject my application. Is that a mandate to provide 6 months bank statements from my side as part of supporting documents or will 3 months bank statement do?
