What is a recorded delievery?

I'm not sure about it, cos I also haven't send any special envelope so I guess it will be through 2nd class.

Na...I'm afraid. This is might be know only to HO employess and I'm not. When did you gave your bio?

I dont think you should be worried, the delay is all cos of christmas holidays. I've given my bio on 13 dec and still waiting.
