Finally the wait is over and i have good news. my RC was granted the 29th of july and i received it today the 7 of august. it is been a long wait from october to my refusal in february and my reapplication end of february thank you for all your support. and good luck to those who are still waiting ...

You should not need any proof of your current residence in the UK. Apply for a visa from the Germans by post. Such proof is not required in the application. Germany is also lovely to visit! There is no minimum just that the EEA must be a worker. But does not mean he works 1 hour per week but if he does 10-12 hours per week or more for the minimum wage he is a qualified person.
