What happens if I get rejected on 1 Aug?..........

Reetzk, No you can appeal, if your appeal unsuccessful then you may have to leave, but i think u will be fine. Good Luck.

putney thanks hope i will get my card soon, tomorrow is going to be 7th working day. Is any one else waiting for their card?

Still.Waiting, I have asked for my passport back (sponsor) they have sent it within 10days so no issues.

Putney did u receive your biometric card? I have got the documents but yet to receive card it is worrying me a bit.

Congrats. So it looks like they are working on our cases now. On the new rules i have read the statement of intent they don't apply if u have already applied or granted a visa before 9th of July. u are eligible for ILR after 2yrs but u need to take both life in the UK test & English language test if ...
