if your extension for flr is successful then your spouse is granted another visa for 30months. you then have to apply for ilr again submitting everything as above for the third time + b1 English test. from what I understand for a strong case you must be continuesly earning £18600 for the 5yr period ...

salam all finally wife arrived to the uk yesterday. the tb is only required for the purpose of obtaining visa. as part of imigration rules you must provide a tb certificate dated no older than 6months with your visa application. when a visa is granted you don not need a tb cert to enter the uk. this ...

utter shambles by the bhc Islamabad. u cant visit them, cant phone, cant track online and now don't accept emails. I paid £900 for this service. why isn't there riots on the streets? only in Pakistan this could be allowed. all other countries are laughing at us :(

also the trend is that women coming to UK are processed quicker than men coming to UK from pakistan. yeah, also you get quicker response if you put your case in a bright flowery folder and your wife to smile and not to wear nose stud when submitting papers. unfortunately, this so far hasn't worked ...

We spend all this time and effort gathering evidence and more, meet the requirements, pay the fee, the amount they charge, they should be giving us first class service VIP! why not just process all pak settlement visas in the uk? no excuses for corruption, terrorist attacks etc or just admit you don't want paks in the uk. look at india cases dealt within days/weeks. disgraceful
