You mentioned that you were an EU/US citizen. Do you hold Irish citizenship? If you do, you can move to the UK and live in the UK with the same rights as a British citizen on your Irish passport.
OP is Italian.

Re: ILR for Skilled worker dependent spouse and children

If you want to use separate cards, you have to apply separately on separate forms.

If you all apply on one form, you only have the option to pay with one card

There is no other way to pay.

ILR and Citizenship are two completely separate applications with their own separate rules and laws and different departments and caseworker teams. Just because you have ILR, doesn't mean you can assume UKVI will 'look back at your file' for documents. You MUST submit what is asked for when you appl...

Yes to what exactly? I need to spend 12 months on my current visa? OR;

I need to spend 12 months on the Skilled Worker immigration route (albeit on multiple Skilled Worker visas)?
Your visa ROUTE is Skilled Worker. Who and how many employers you have had is irrelevant!

Re: Dependant of an ILR who got via 5 years Skilled Worker VISA

is there a way I can control the form where it takes only 1.5 years' of IHS instead of 3 years by default? No, you cannot choose less time because it is convenient for you. It is a 3 year extension as dictated by the immigration rules and there is no discretion by UKVI as they follow the rules. If ...

No, both parentsdon't have to be British.

One parent must already be British, or applying at the same time as the child and the other parent must have ILR.

A visa extension will be for 2.5 years and you pay visa and ihs fees.

There is no 3 months visa extension option.

Do your research carefully and thoroughly. The child has a living parent and likely extended family in her home country. UKVI will ask, "why you". It is virtually impossible to bring a child who is family that has been adopted as this is seen as "gifting". There have been many ta...

Thank you for the reply. My friend told me even though there’s no absence limit for spouse visa, but if you are not in UK more than 180 days in any roll year, it’s very likely to be refused when you apply for the ILR. Is it true? Thank you Your friend is talking nonsense. There is NO 180 days absen...
