Am getting very worried now - have not received my passport or the BRP card yet - others from the same day seem to have received all their documents back.

Please any advise on how to check the status of documents or BRP cards.
Should I complain to anyone or write to the MP?

Thanks

Hi reddy - great for you.
Could you let me know which part of UK you are based in - am just trying to figure out the time it is taking for the docs to make it to London and you are the one person who's received both the BRP and the documents from Friday's application.

:)

Cazz - the courier card is probably for biometric as it is sent via courier. registered post is for returning any other documents from the PEO that they might have held back.

I just checked my bank account - payment has been processed but I don't think that has any bearing on the biometric issue.

The number I got on the letter was - 0870 606 7766.

I'll try and give them a call now.

Let's all keep this post updated in case of any news.

Anyone in the wider forum - please update if you have any news of the biometric system being back in operation.

asim72 - the form requires me to give the start and end dates for every single absence from the UK. I don't think that I am trying to invent or come up with scenarios and complicate my own application. It's simply a query as to what should be written in the form. My only query was whether I should ...

If you have the original letter from the GP for your current address with a date in the last two years that will count as a valid type of cohabitation document as well.
