I have provided Baby's birth certificate;
Father's naturalisation certificate and our marriage certificate as supporting documents.

Can I appeal ?

Can we apply for Right of abode for baby born in India

Hi all,

We are expecting a baby early next week.

We need some inputs on the below situation:
- Father is a British citizen acquired by Naturalisation in dec 2014
- Mother is on ILR since sep 2014, and is in India for delivery

Can we apply for Right of Abode for the baby born in India ?

English Language Test

Hi All,
Can you let me know if there are any practise online test for IELTS to pass the english A1 test? I want to apply for FLRM.. I have to complete the A1 test before June..any help is much appreciated

Is Life in Uk test sufficient as English Language Requirement ?

My wife has started preparation for Life in uk - chapters 2 - 6
