I am working, and my wife doesn't. And we have two kids. Can I claim children tax allowance and is it public fund?

Is that means they will be grant ILR only if they have lived with me more than 2 years? No matter the lattest 2 years or the first 2 years of the 5 years?

Dear HSMPs,

Does anyone know wha't the result of AITs. I mean, HO will not appeal again them. What visa they should be given? ILR or anything else?

What's the next step of JR? Will it affect ILR or just extension?

We should do something to push HO now...
