Hi Raj, Congratulation for your success in ILR. I've a quick question, you mentioned that CW asked for 5 years P60. As far as I heard, we need to submit P60 or other documents for only lasr 12 months. Is it important to have 05 years P60. and also if my income level fluctuated over these 05 years ...

Hey Bond,

You can't do like that. Ho will be expecting from you that you have econmically active in last 12 months. For example, if you earn in YR 2000 and retained the profit for 10 years and you can't claim in YR 2010 that you're economically active in 2010.

Re: Class 2 NI for Limited Company Directors

Have seen quite a few post recently on people getting requests from UKBA during their applications to produce evidence of paying Class 2 NI even though they're not registered with HMRC as "self-employed" or "sole trader" and hence should not have to pay. A friend of mine who's a director of his own ...

Hi Botalian

I have a question on your Class 2 documents. Since you're running a limited company, why do you pay Class 2 NI?. Did you get an advise from your accountant?

Hi SMA

Congratulations for your extension. I am running my own limited company and drawing dividend on a quarterly basis. I would really appreciate if you could send me a sample dividend voucher template which I can use for my extension. Thank you very much in advance.

Hi Papu,

As far as Tax point of view, You don't need to pay class 2 NI for Limited company. but, Since you get dividend as your other source of income, You should register and file your self Assessment return.
