Hi guys

Just to clarify travel to uk must be within three months from date the visa was stamped.

Sal5uk- i queued up with my husband in the non eu passport section and we both had our passports checked together no issues at all!

Hi guys i am a solicitor and just to give you some insight it is better to apply again ie new application because appeal times tend to be alot longer typically 6-9 months depending on how busy the immigration tribunal is and then once appeal is accepted passport has to be resubmitted to get it ...

Leila-that info about processing times is pretty inaccurate as mirpur seems to be the only centre at the moment making quick decisions! Also dont know about other centres but documents are given pretty much straight away after a decision has been made very sorry to hear visa refused sazkhan ...

I think mirpur has seen the quickest turn around time but it maybe that the volume of applications submitted were less in mirpur than other centres! Bassem I doubt your mp had any impact if you only contacted him On monday because it takes a couple of days for the passport to be sent back to the centre as well therefore it may just be pure coincidence!most likely the visa application would have already been processed when you contacted your mp ...
