I know it’s such painful & stressed situation for all of us the only think we can do at this stage is PREY & wait !

we all paid premium fees so they can annoyed us on premium basis

i personally belive we should wait by EOB tomorrow as system is down and we have weekend in between.

I just my online statment fee is not being taken out form account , so just check with HSBC bank they said payment is being authorized form them its just they did took it out its mean they must have some serious issue with there IT system.
