Hi, They were not specific in which documents they required to prove we have been cohabitating, only that they required more than what we submitted originally for the period of July 2013 - Sept 15. Sent Application 20/07/2015, submitted biometrics once the letter came through one week ish later. Letter asking for more evidence of cohabiting with partner received 03/09/15 Submitted extra documents 10/09/2015 Received all our documents back and visa granted 14/09/2015. Thank you so much, yes we are both registered with our local GP and I will include something to this effect. I will definitely be explaining in a letter the situation. I also have online credit card statements, pay slips, and utility bills that contain my address and cover the whole period. Can I ...

Hi, Yes my mum and dad wrote a letter confirming we have stayed with them for the full duration of the visa and both signed the letter. We didn't include an explanation why we couldn't provide the documents, as the documents we did provide did cover their requirements in terms of the number of ...

So am I right in saying they will send it by recorded delivery unless I want it special delivery?

Hi,

My wife has just been granted a UK Spouse Visa. We are not going to be bringing her over to the UK until mid January 2013 however my question is I am looking to book a honeymoon abroad possibly Paris does she require another visa or can she travel on a UK Spouse visa?
