I hope we will get it before december if not I will also have to apply without the license. I think this is normal current days and I am going to send an email to the UKBA today asking why the licence is still pending.

Hi all , I am also in the same situation as you guys. My visa expires on 16th of December and we applied for the licence on 20th of April 2012. Haven't had any response from UKBA so far.
