Are you thinking of appealing? How long do you have before you have to leave?

I doubt I am now going to pursue my application as I exceed by about 200 days.

It does certainly suck knowing you have to give up a life having grown up here.

The only difference between my self and the lady in the appeal case is that she has more ties back to her home country than I do.

In my case, I do not even speak the national language of my country which is Malay.

Hi, I am about to apply for 10 yrs continuous stay having been on a student visa for the past 10 years.

Having looked at the Set(o) form, the tier 4 category is not mentioned. Am i supposed to be using another form?

As I would be usually be going back to Malaysia my home country, they do not stamp the passport as they are all electronic and only require a thumb print verification.
