Thanks for help inadvance. ethan, as you say, the form to use for your son is the MN1. As he was born in the UK, and you now have ILR, there is an entitlement for him to be registered as British. Good luck for you and your wife to pass the Life in the UK Citizenship test. When the forms AN, and MN1, are submitted, what ...

my son status

forgot to tell:

my son was born before we get the ILR. now we get ILR, so now he is entitled to apply citizen. so will he use nm1 form too? thanks alot!

i am at same situation

I just got return and stated i am being paid wrong fee. However, we have hsmp and we can extend. so it should be £350. not £750. I am 1+3. WHich one i can apply? New hsmp form publicated on 14/07 or old form?
