I have just called HSMP HO 2 hours before, as per HSMP, my case is assigned to a caseworker and she will probably make her decision in next 2 -3 days. Please pray for me.

Hi, Look at HO update http://www.workingintheuk.gov.uk/working_in_the_uk/en/homepage/news/announcements/operational_service.html It shows that website was last updated on 06-Sept-2004 then how come it is possible that case workers are currently working on 10-Sept-2004 for Work Permit Applications ...

Switching to HSMP is currently allowed in any category (excluding visit visa), but from Oct 1, 2004 switching to HSMP will be restricted to:- 1) Work permit holders; or 2) graduated students; or 3) working holidaymakers; or 4) postgraduate doctors or dentists or trainee general practitioners. hp, If you are applying for extension then you are required to attach your backside attested passport size photgraphs and as well as for each dependant. If this is your case you must write an email to wpcustomers@ind.homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk for further guidance. See Section 11 (Page-10) in HSMP ...

Mini, you are confusing two things in each other. 1. To claim 10 points, spouse must be living with applicant. 2. :idea: Please make sure that as per current HSMP laws, HO will only ask for proof of your partner living with you after completion of 1 year.
