You don't need letters for every month in the 2 years. Best practice is to have letters spread out for the two year period. I can find plenty slot if I don't choose with dependants, but nothing if with dependants. So wondering how you did the booking.

It's very strange. While trying to book PEO appointment, I couldn't find any slot if I choose with dependants, but interestingly there will be plenty if choose no dependant.

The system seems hate dependants. Any ideas please?
