Hi Sadiq, From your initial enquiry; You have 1). A confirmation from NARIC 2) Letter/Certificate from you school stating that the media for instruction was English. thats true i also didn't find any thing in respect to cohabitation documents. aslo rhule815, i am also applying for my wife ILR and she is also on tier-1 dependant visa at the moment and she now qualifies for ILR, just wanted to know what are the documents you wish to submit for proving English ...

Just now spoke to home office on 03001232241 and they said i need to use SET(M) form to apply for her ILR as i am on Settled visa. this is so confusing , can any one help please ?

SET O is the same form i used to apply for ILR as a main applicant, is she using the same form as well ? i thought it would be SET M, who should be using SET M form then?

My degree was indian, i have provide the Medium of Instruction letter by selecting option Degree taught in English under section 4.3 of SET(O).
