lol that is smart answer. i was wondering about the name change deed poll. it is not clear whether you can do it your self or through one of these agencies. the gov website supplies you with a form. But I guess your back will be kind of protected if you do it through one of these agencies since they ...

Its look like your friend is changing first name and also surname, so she needs to do a deed poll so that both name can be legally connected. If she does it before applying for citizenship certificate then yes she can get the new name on citizenship certificate and later on her passport. Thanks ...
